EXCHANGE WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Please return your swim shorts to us within 90 days from the day you receive your order.  For Australia-based orders, free return shipping is included.  Please complete and include the Returns and Exchanges form in your parcel.  Exchanges will be sent standard post (3 - 4 business days)

EXCHANGE FROM OVERSEAS
Please return your swim shorts to us within 90 days from the day you receive your order.  For overseas-based orders, unfortunately we don’t accept the responsibility for the return shipping cost for you to send back swim shorts to us, but free shipping of your exchange pair is included.  Please note as the swim shorts are very light, the cost to return them for exchange will be minimal.  We recommend you use a trackable postage method to ensure the safe return of your goods as we are not responsible for returned goods lost in transit.  Please complete and include the Returns and Exchanges form in your parcel.  Exchanges will be sent standard post (3 - 7 business days)

 

RETURN POLICY
We offer a no questions asked, 90 day free return policy from the day you receive your order.  If you're not 100% satisfied with your new swim shorts for any reason, send them back in original condition with tags attached and accessories within 90 days

If the returned swim shorts are not in original condition, we cannot issue an exchange or refund and the purchaser will forfeit all claims

When we receive your swim shorts, we’ll check them over.  We’ll issue a refund within 2 business days of receiving your shorts; we'll credit you using the same method of payment you used to pay for the order.  Allow up to 10 days for the credit to appear on your statement

We reserve the right to recover any costs charged to us on the return of any items to The Rocks Push.  If this occurs, we'll contact you by email with proof of charges and deduct these charges from the refund amount

RETURN WITHIN AUSTRALIA
Australia-based customers can simply use our pre-paid return shipping address, allowing you to return your swim shorts for free.  Please return your swim shorts to us within 90 days from the day you receive your order.  Please complete and include the Returns and Exchanges form in your parcel.  This address is on the Returns and Exchange form

RETURN FROM OVERSEAS

DAMAGED GOODS
We do our best to maintain the best quality control, but in the unlikely event that you receive damaged swim shorts, we’ll replace them at no cost to you.  Please send your swim shorts back to us immediately to the address indicated on the Returns and Exchanges Form (included in the delivery bag with your swim shorts).  Please include a completed Returns and Exchanges form in your parcel.  We will refund standard trackable postage costs for international returns of damaged goods
