We use Australia Post Express Post to deliver your goods to you.  Please check here to see if your postcode is within the Express Post network.  If you are concerned your parcel has not arrived 5 working days after placing your order, please contact us and we will track your parcel.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We provide FREE DHL COURIER shipping worldwide for all orders
We use DHL to deliver your goods to you.  Delivery time is 2 - 4 business days (this service provides proof of posting and signature is required on delivery)



INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES
International orders can incur taxes and duties as determined by the customs agency within the destination country.  Although this does not always occur, assessment of duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order and the Tax-free threshold (if it exists) for goods imported into the destination country.  Payment of any duties and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient.  Occasionally this may be listed as an additional postage fee.  We apologise for any inconvenience but we have no control over such fees (please contact your local customs office for more information)


ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders received by 12pm midday AEST on business days are processed and shipped the following day. Orders received after 12pm midday on business days will be processed and shipped in two business days.  This is a guide only.

GIFT VOUCHERS
THE ROCKS PUSH gift vouchers include the shipping of the shorts to the recipient of the gift.  Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

The Rocks Push Gift Voucher is presented in a luxury rope-tied envelope with a luxury card inside on which is hand-printed your personal message.  It is posted in an unmarked Australia Post satchel to keep the mystery until the moment of opening

If the recipient would like a product more expensive than the value of the gift voucher, they can add the difference at check out. If the style is worth less than the gift voucher, we will credit the recipient the difference in the form of an e-gift voucher, which will be sent electronically and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
