Updated Shipping Policy during COVID-19

During this uncertainty, the safety and wellbeing of our customers, people and parters is our number one priority.  At present, we are operating as close to ‘business as usual’ as absolutely possible.  We are working hard to ensure we all remain as safe as possible during this time, and have implemented a number of added precautionary measures below.

Free Express Shipping in Australia

We ship using Express Post Australia wide, for free.  Please check here to see if your postcode is within the Express Post network.

Although Australia Post are operating “as usual” for domestic shipping, there are delays.  This is to be expected, and we apologise if you have to wait a little longer than usual.

Australia Post have implemented social distancing deliveries. They will deliver your order and sign for you in your presence to limit contact.  Again their focus is on the health and safety of their team and keeping operational.  Don’t hesitate to reach out to either us or Australia Post if you have any concerns about the whereabouts of your order. We will do our absolute best to help you.

Free Shipping Worldwide

We ship using International Post by Australia Post world wide, for free.

Although Australia Post and international postal services are operating “as usual”, there are delays. This is to be expected, and we apologise if you have to wait a little longer than usual.


We pack and ship your order in 100% biodegradable and 100% home compostable satchels from The Better Packaging Co.

Your orders are safe: we are doing everything we possibly can to ensure your safety.  We have increased access to hand sanitisers, along with gloves and protective equipment where required.
We are also working from home.

This means that all orders will now be packed on Wednesday and Friday each week, in place of every business day.  We apologise that this may cause a slight delay in getting your order to you but working this way helps keep everyone safe during this time.

Full Parcel Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email from us to let you know your order is on it’s way.   This email will contain your tracking number so you can track your parcels progress.

Delivery to PO Box Addresses

PO Box addresses are accepted for all Australian addresses and all such deliveries will be signed for & delivered to your local post office. Please check your tracking information to find your parcels delivery status.

Gift Vouchers

THE ROCKS PUSH gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and include shipping to the recipient of the gift.

The Rocks Push Gift Vouchers can be ordered as a hard copy gift voucher, which is shipped to the nominated delivered address or as an email gift voucher.

If the recipient would like a product more expensive than the value of the gift voucher, they can add the difference at check out. If the style is worth less than the gift voucher, we will credit the recipient the difference in the form of an e-gift voucher, which will be sent electronically and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
