Want to return something?
We offer quick and simple returns so if you aren’t 100% happy with your online order, we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund and you can return your purchase up to 60 days from the day you purchased it.
Simply fill out our online returns form as described below.
We have returns locations in Sydney and London. As our shorts are very light, the cost to return them is minimal. Please use a trackable postage method to ensure the safe return of your goods as we are not responsible for returned goods lost in transit
Orders purchased with a gift card, will be refunded with a replacement gift card.
Steps to return items:
- Please complete the returns form
- We’ll send you an email with a returns number and the address to return your shorts to;
- Please pack your shorts in original condition, with a copy of the returns email in the parcel;
- Please post the shorts to us
Upon receipt of your shorts, we’ll process your return/exchange in seven days. Monies for refunds will be credited to the card used for purchase.
Need an exchange?
The quickest & easiest method of making sure you receive your exchange as soon as possible is to place a new order with us online and return your original order back to us for a refund (as above). This will ensure you get your new items before they sell out in the size and colour you want.
When will my refund be processed?
As soon as your return is received and processed by our team, we will email you to let you know your refund has been issued. Please allow 1-3 working days for the funds to appear in your account.
We will always do our best to process all returns as soon as possible, however please allow 3 – 5 working days for your return to be processed by our team. If you have posted your return but haven’t heard back, please feel free to contact us and we can look into this for you.
The Rocks Push has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to processing a refund or exchange.
Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use. Download the return form above to return your faulty garment to us.
