Want to return something?
If you aren’t 100% happy with your online order, we will exchange or refund your purchase up to 30 days from the day you purchased it or 60 days for goods purchased between 1 November and 15 December (to cover Christmas gifts).
Steps to return items:
- Please complete the returns form
- We’ll email you a returns number and the address to return your shorts to
- Please pack your shorts in original condition, with a copy of the returns email in the parcel and post it back to us
Please allow 14 days for processing your return.
Need an exchange?
The quickest & easiest method of making sure you receive your exchange as soon as possible is to place a new order with us online and return your original order back to us for a refund (as above). This will ensure you get your new items before they sell out in the size and colour you want.
When will my refund be processed?
When your return is received and processed, we’ll email you to update you.
Please allow 14 working days, monies will be credited to the card used for purchase. Please feel free to contact us for an update.
The Rocks Push has the right to assess the age and condition of returned merchandise that has been worn prior to processing a refund or exchange.
Unless the merchandise is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges and refunds will not be provided after use. Please email us with photos of your faulty garment so we can arrange a replacement.
